About Us

Just like a begger showing another begger where to find food, we are imperfect people with a message of God's grace for others who have their own limitations.  The vision statement of our church puts it this way: "Advancing God's Kingdom through Biblical Hope and Loving Relationships".

We are:

  • That retired couple on a fixed income who watch the beast of inflation eat away at their life savings;
  • The new residents who just moved here away from their familiar church home, family, and friends, trying to fill the relational holes in their hearts;
  • The businessman whose career looks to be taking off, but whose inward thoughts are that he is about to tell his boss to "take this job and shove it";
  • The young believer who has learned to smile on cue as if everything is alright, but who is struggling with doubts about his new-found faith;
  • The new mother who just discovered a lump on her breast and fears it might be cancer, but has not had the courage to tell anyone yet;
  • The youth who wants to please God, but doesn't want to look like a misfit among his peers at school;
  • The Christian who has been a believer for a long time, but who still struggles with an impure thought-life;
  • The non-believer who comes to church looking for truth that is convincing.

We are people just like you with common life struggles who need the hope that the Bible offers and who need encouraging friendships.
